Tooth Whitening

Tooth whitening, can be a highly effective way of lightening the natural colour of your teeth without removing any of the tooth surfaces.

You can help to keep your teeth white, by limiting your consumption of food and drinks capable of staining teeth. Tea, coffee, wine and sugary foods. Furthermore, stopping smoking/vaping can also help prevent discolouring and staining.

The effects of whitening can last up to three years. However, this will vary from person to person.

The total treatment can usually be done within 2 weeks. First, you will need 1 visit with Lisa; our therapist who will take impressions for your trays to be made by our laboratory.

You will then need a 2nd visit, for Lisa to try the trays and discuss with you how to use the whitening kit.

We will then see you for a follow-up appointment 3 weeks later, to monitor your progress and see if you have achieved your desired shade.

Our fee for Tooth Whitening to include trays, a lab fee, and 10 syringes: £385
